Mandatory Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA)
All visitors to Kenya must obtain an approved eTA before their trip. There's no visa on arrival.

Required Documents:
- Essential for all travelers:
- Valid passport with at least six months remaining after your departure
- One blank page in your passport
- Recent passport-sized photo
- Contact information (email and phone number)
- Detailed itinerary (arrival and departure details)
- Accommodation booking confirmation(s)
- Payment method (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, etc.)
- Additional documents based on your circumstances:
- Citizenship and residence: Financial assets, return transportation booking
- Travel history: Yellow fever certificate, other vaccinations or test results
- Purpose of visit:
- Medical: Letter from a doctor or hospital
- Conference: Invitation letter
- Employment: Contract, supporting documents for resettlement
- Business: Invitation letter from company, company registration copy
- Diplomatic: Diplomatic passport, official letter from the country of origin
Processing Time:
- Standard processing time: Three working days
